4 Week Program for Wellness Lifestyle Development
In order to build a sustainable Lifestyle of Wellness, there are 4 Cornerstones that must be addressed. Nutrition, Energy Management, Self Care, and Exercise. For each Cornerstone, you will receive a video for independent study, where I share Principles from Ayurveda for optimizing health, based on your personal needs. There will be action steps for you try on, and adjust to create a personal, and sustainable practice of the principles.
Learn the 4 Cornerstones with virtual (live) instruction. We will work together to create a plan of implementation for each, based on your Dosha (personal energetic makeup).
Also, additional 15 minute check in during the week to discuss progress and adjustments.
